KE Costs Lawyers are delighted to welcome Costs Lawyer and Association of Costs Lawyers (ACL) Council member Adam Grant to the team.
Adam has a wealth of experience in dealing in all areas of Legal Costs, particularly in catastrophic personal injury and clinical matters, as well as Professional Negligence, Property and Financial Litigation and Insolvency litigation.
Adam also has responsibility for monitoring and developing ACL’s policy responses. He liaises with other members of the ACL’s Council to develop important policy decisions and works closely with Approved Regulators and other public bodies.
Adam has co-ordinated ACL’s responses to recent government consultations on the proposed expansion of fixed costs and the development of guideline hourly rates.
